It has been taught since the ancient times and has been handed over to the present age through an unbroken line of Tradition.
Martial arts offer an effective self defense and mind conditioning mechanism that enables the practitioner master life’s daily challenges. Over the years martial arts have been refined resulting in various forms such as Kung Fu, Tai Chi, Capoeira, Aikido, Taekwondo and numerous others. Benefits of martial arts are believed to have ability to a practitioner’s confidence, mental strength, situational and spatial awareness all of which are important in day to day living.
